Gold signet ring

From chamber tomb 10 at Dendra, Argolis. 14th c. BC.
(ΕΑΜ/ΝΑΜ Π 8746)

The bezel is decorated with a cult scene involving priestesses or worshippers in rich attire approaching a shrine topped with horns of consecration. The ring is very narrow, even for a slim female finger, so the jewel may have been worn hanging, as pendant.
